Welcome to our Staff Directory and Email Guidelines for Parents and Community Members

Use of email is a quick and convenient means of communicating with school district personnel on general matters, but please bear in mind the following considerations:
1. Any specific or confidential matters regarding your child are best conducted in person or over the phone. To protect the privacy of your child, as well as other students, please do NOT include any confidential or identifying information in email messages.
2. Email is an excellent way to request meetings or get general information about classroom or school activities or events.
3. The first priority of our staff is serving students; therefore, email might not be checked during the school day. You can expect to receive a response to or acknowledgement of your email within 24 hours.
4. Be aware that email is not private. Email messages are records and subject to disclosure according to the Public Records Law and are subject to subpoena.
5. Email is not a form of emergency communication. All matters pertaining to attendance, dismissal or health matters require either in-person or phone contact with our office at 465-9182.
